Levera launches conference to highlight the operational efficiencies from outsourcing
For many advisers the biggest pain point is bottlenecks in admin that take them away from their clients. A new conference will explore how robust deployment of outsourcing can solve for this challenge.
With advice firms facing rising client expectations and ongoing operational strain many groups are looking for assistance in their operations process. To offer best practice Levera Solutions has launched an inaugural three-day conference, Levera Connects 2026. Levera designed the event to help advice firms lift capacity by improving systems, execution and tightening collaboration.
The focus is on practical ways for advice firms to use outsourcing to achieve smoother operational efficiency and hence better client outcomes.
Stephen Sloane, managing director of Levera Solutions, said the conference is focused on what actually creates capacity inside advice firms.
“The issue for most firms isn’t effort, it’s friction,” Sloane said. “When you’re losing 15 to 20 hours a week to admin, you’re not just losing time, but you’re losing client capacity and momentum.
“Levera Connects is about tightening the operating rhythm across both countries, so teams communicate better, move faster, and advisers get back to the work that drives outcomes for clients.”

The conference is in direct response to a persistent productivity drain across the sector. Many professionals are still spending 15 to 20 hours a week on administration. Redistributing those 1,000 hours a year means advisers can focus on client strategy, relationships and growth. This is where outsourcing achieves a huge benefit to advisers, allowing them to prioritise relationships and contact with clients.
Practical sessions for advice groups
The agenda will focus on practical areas that directly impacts advice firms. This includes efficiency workshops and AI masterclasses to assist advice firms in their operations. A core theme is how advice firms are evolving. This is to both match current client expectations and to stay relevant in the years ahead.
Alongside experts in outsourcing the event also features insights from advisers, platforms and consultants. To give depth of perspective the program features industry partners including insiders foundation partner, Colonial First State, The Inside Network, and Atchison.
Guest speakers include Christopher Mather (Colonial First State), Jamie Nemtsas (The Inside Network), Tony Nash (Booktopia) and Adrianna Barlabas (Akumin Advisory).
“We are seeing how firms are feeling the capacity crunch, and while we know the answer lies in practical execution, from tighter workflows and smarter use of technology, having a program focused on showing advisers how they can really get time back in their day will be invaluable for them and the firm.”

Jamie Nemtsas, executive chair of The Inside Network offered the following observation. “The industry is moving quickly from conversations about change to the practical steps required to deliver it.
“The firms that will lead from here are the ones that systemise well and communicate well without losing the human element,” Nemtsas said. “So bringing teams together to work through real workflow bottlenecks and build alignment is where the biggest gains in capacity and momentum are made.”
